Personal AI Ecosystem
A structured system integrating AI, automation, and data across ten life domains.
Most productivity tools solve one problem. This system is an attempt to connect them all into something coherent.
The core stack: Claude (via Code and MCP) handles reasoning and content generation; n8n handles workflow automation; Airtable holds structured data across goals, projects, and contacts. Content captured from reading, meetings, and research flows through processing pipelines into that structured storage. Tasks and projects synchronise across platforms rather than being managed in one place and copied to another.
This website is a direct output. Content originates in upstream sources and reaches the site via AI-driven commits; there is no separate CMS step.
The system handles daily briefings, email triage, meeting preparation, and knowledge synthesis. The design principle: every manual process should either be automated or deliberately chosen to remain manual. If it is still manual, there should be a reason.
Currently integrating 16 or more MCP servers, multiple AI models, and custom skills built for specific recurring tasks. The system evolves as the tools improve; the architecture is stable enough to build on, loose enough to adapt.
